I take the need to look after our environment very seriously and do my best to be part of an eco friendly revolution. Any plastic you receive as part of your order will be recycled, it will have been sent to me from a supplier. I never purchase plastic related products for packaging separately. Sellotape's used currently have been donated and will change to an alternative eco friendly product once finished. The majority of parcels will see that I use an eco friendly alternative to bubble wrap and that can leave a light dust on some products, gently wipe away to remove any light fiber's when you receive them. I do print off a order confirmation receipt and send to each customer, because the demand for that is high, but you if wish to stay paperless, please let me know when you order. Readings and Spells are delivered within 3 business days. Purchases made after 6PM GMT will start to be processed the following day and your 3 business days will begin from that day. Therefore, business days are not calculated by time of purchase and instead only by days and you could receive your item up until 10pm on the seventh day, although I will always try to complete it sooner for you. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as business days.
